Eagle Beach
Eagle Beach runs along Aruba's west coast and is wider and quieter than the more built-up Palm Beach strip further north. There are no high-rise hotels directly on the sand here, just soft white beach, shallow turquoise water, and the divi-divi trees that have become the island's unofficial symbol.
The water stays calm most of the year, which makes it an easy beach for families or anyone who just wants to float rather than fight a current. A handful of beach bars and casual restaurants sit along the road behind the dunes if you want food without leaving the beach for long.
Because it's close to most of our Noord villas, it's the beach our guests tend to default to on a regular afternoon, saving the more involved day trips (Arikok, Renaissance Island) for when they want a full outing.
Go at sunrise for the calmest water and the fewest crowds.
